Discovery and Development Hub Celebrates 3rd Anniversary
Warroad, Minn. – February 20, 2020 – The Discovery and Development Hub, located at Lake Street Center in downtown Warroad, is celebrating their third anniversary with a week-long celebration on Monday, February 24 to Friday, February 28.
The event kicks off with the Communities Thrive Grant Award Celebration at 4PM in the newly named IDEA ROOM, formerly Suite D. Immediately after, guests can learn more about all of the exciting developments happening in Warroad at the Warroad Community Development, LLC open house at 5PM. Stop in on Tuesday at 4PM to learn about the Kidpreneur program by Dream Big, Inc. and the importance of introducing entrepreneurship at a young age. A few kidpreneurs will be on-site to talk about their projects and what they learned.
Start your day off with a bagel bar and digital marketing workshop at 8:15AM on Wednesday with Katie Pieper, owner of Sandpieper Design, Inc. Learn about what digital marketing entails and why your business should be doing it. On Thursday, marketing consultant Deb McGregor will be at the Hub leading an interactive branding workshop at 12:30PM. Advanced registration is required for these classes. $15 each or $25 for both. The celebration will wrap-up on Friday with the grand door prize drawing. Be sure to stop by to enter to win and say hello to the DD HUB staff. Refreshments will be available all week.
In preparation for this celebration, the Hub has updated a few key items: exterior signage and their website. Check out their new Warroad Visitors Center and Idea Room signage and visit dd-hub.com to see an updated website that offers easy room reservation, entrepreneurial resources, and a newly added member portal for online networking between entrepreneurs.
